Processing status means that the video is being reviewed and approved. Videos cannot contain inappropriate comments or violate copyrights. A video is usually approved and live within a few hours.

How do I "feature" a video?

Campus reps have the ability to make their school videos appear on the POWERADE Intramurals homepage as well as their school sites. All videos can be seen by selecting the videos tab on your school's homepage. When a video is selected, look for the "[+]Feature" button on the right side under Related Content. Once featured, the video can be removed as featured by clicking the "[-]Un-feature" button. Campus reps can also automatically feature a video by including the word "powerade" as a tag when uploading the video file.

Who do I contact to delete a photo or remove a video/picture that is up on the site?

If you view copyrighted or inappropriate content please contact cbsintramurals@sportsvite.com. We will investigate the matter and remove content when necessary.

If I am a team captain, how do I get started?

Perfect. You should receive an email from the campus rep at your school inviting you to join or you can go directly to your school page and register. Once you are logged in, you'll want to:

  • Choose Teams tab on the main navigation bar
  • Select Create a Team and the sport you're playing
  • Input all the details about your team
  • Add players to your team by typing in their email addresses
  • On the Team Profile page, click Manage Schedule or Add a Game
  • Enter in game details for all of your games

Your teammates will now receive an invite to the game over email. They can respond to the invite with a yes, no or maybe. This way, you have a head-count of all people who are coming before game time without ever having to send out another email.

Who are the campus reps? How can I become one?

Campus reps are students hired by CBS College Sports to lead this program on campus. For more information or to apply for a position on campus please email campusreps@cbsintramurals.com
